Boa noite, amigas(os)!
Aqui está chovendo e fazendo um friozinho gostoso e nessas horas nada melhor que um cafezinho... hoje foi acompanhado de um cuscuz de milho. É muito fácil de fazer e tem várias
receitas...eu aprendi assim desde pequena e vou passar para vocês...
Ingredientes: 2 xícaras de flocão (ou flocos finos) de milho - 1 coco seco ralado - 1 pitada de sal - açúcar a gosto.
Preparo: Numa tigela coloque o milho, uma xícara de água, metade do coco ralado, o sal e o açúcar a gosto. Misture e reserve. Amorne uma xícara de água e misture com o coco ralado restante, leve para uma peneira e esprema até sair o leite grosso. Coloque a mistura de milho numa cuscuzeira e leve ao fogo por 10 a 15 minutos. Desligue o fogo e deixe uns tres minutos.
Desenforme num prato fundo e regue com leite de coco adoçado, a gosto. Se quiser mais molhado, regue com mais leite. beijos.
