Esse cuscuz, faço sempre para o café da manhã ou lanche da tarde, costumes de baiana...Ingredientes: 3 xícaras de tapioca - 1 coco pequeno ralado -2 vidros de leite de coco - 1 litro de leite fervido, mas já morno, quase frio - açúcar a gosto - leite condensado para usar na cobertura
Preparo: Misture o leite de coco, o açúcar e o coco ralado, ao leite quase frio. Em uma tigela funda, coloque a tapioca, junte a mistura de leites e coco e misture tudo. Deixe descansar tampado. Se ficar mole (depende da qualidade da tapioca usada), acrescente mais tapioca, se for ao contrário, coloque mais leite. Na hora de servir, povilhe coco ralado e regue com leite condensado.
Essa torta fiz com sobras de frango cozido (desfiado), vc tb pode usar sobras de carne assada ou moída...a idéia é evitar o desperdício, nesse tempo de escassez de alimentos para tantos...vc pode servir como lanche acompanhada de um suco ou refri, ou no jantar, com uma saladinha da sua preferência...beijinhos.
Massa: 3 ovos - 1 xícara de óleo - 1 xícara de leite - 3 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho - 3 colheres (sopa) de queijo ralado - 12 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo - 1 colher ( sopa) de fermento em pó - 1 cubinho de caldo de frango
Recheio: 3 colheres de (sopa) azeite - 1 cebola média pícada - 1 tomate sem pele e sem sementes picado - 2 xícaras de sobras de carne (frango ou carne assada) desfiada - 1 cenoura pequena ralada - 1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada - sal a gosto.
Preparo: Em uma panela aqueça o azeite, refogue a cebola e o tomate. Junte as xicaras de carne desfiada, a cenoura ralada e refogue por uns minutinhos. Adicione a salsinha e tempere com o sal a gosto. Espere esfriar. Massa: Aqueça o forno médio. Bata no liquidificador os ovos, o óleo, o leite,o amido de milho, o queijo ralado, a farinha de trigo, o cubo de caldo e o fermento. Coloque 3/4 da massa na forma untada e, sobre ela o recheio. Espalhe o restante da massa e leve ao forno por 40 minutos mais ou menos. Bom apetite.
